I started my journey of Christ feeling lost and at a crossroad. At twenty three years old I felt like I kept making mistakes and my life was not getting any better with the choices I continued to make. I knew I needed a change, but I was not sure what that change would be. It was at that moment of hopelessness, I felt I needed to turn to religion to save me and provide me with the missing pieces. I have never really been super religious. I knew about religion in a sense, but I never knew about the gospel. I decided to do some research for I did not even know where to start. There are so many different religions. After gaining knowledge of some religions, I felt closer to Christianity with my beliefs. I needed to then find a church which was another struggle.
